Dessert Expo Moves to Atlanta

Atlanta… After 4 years in Las Vegas, the Great American Dessert Expo, a trade show affiliated with LUBICOM is moving to Atlanta. The Dessert Expo is the only tradeshow devoted exclusively to the dessert industry. Once again, the show will be co-located with Coffee Fest due to the demand for coffee and desserts under one roof.
Desserts account for billions of dollars of sales in the food industry but until 2000, they never had an “industry” of their own. LUBICOM realized that there was a need to create such an industry for the category that was growing more than any other in the food industry. The first ever Dessert Expo was held together with the Pastry Chef Competition in Las Vegas. Now the Dessert Expo prides itself on having close to 100 booths and 4000 attendees.
