The International Committee for the Preservation of Har Hazeitim was organized by a group of Americans, many of whom have loved ones buried on the mountain, to deal with the disgraceful and embarrassing state of Har Hazeitim, Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, Israel. The Committee was hastily organized, with its top priority to end the gross desecration of graves and bring some semblance of security to Har Hazeitim. Members of the Committee realized that they needed the help of a marketing/public relations firm to spread the word and bring greater awareness around the world of Har Hazeitim´s terrible predicament, as well as raise the funds necessary to do so. They looked no further than LUBICOM for their experience with community organizations, public relations, and event organization.

Since partnering with the ICPHH, LUBICOM has helped strengthen the ICPHH organization by assisting with the creation of a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee, as well as another committee in Israel. They also revamped their website, ensuring it is constantly up-to-date with the latest HH happenings. Public relations has also played a significant part in LUBICOM´s role, as well as event organization.
